Biography
Paulo Passoni is a Managing Partner of SoftBank's $5bn Latin America Fund. He is currently a board member at Quinto Andar, Creditas, Buser, Olist, VTEX, MadeiraMadeira, AlphaCredit, and a board observer at Loggi.
Prior to SoftBank, Paulo was a Managing Director at Third Point, where he was responsible for emerging markets investments and built a very successful franchise of helping companies go public in the region. Paulo also helped build the Eton Park special situations effort in Latin America where he sourced, executed, and monitored private minority investments. He served on the board of ERSA, a renewable energy platform, SDI, a warehouse real estate joint-venture, and RCB, a consumer credit platform.
