Rohit Mittal
Biography
Rohit Mittal is the co-founder and CEO of Stilt. Rohit has extensive experience in the credit risk analytics and data science space. He spent years building credit risk and fraud models for top U.S. banks. In his current role, he defines the overall business strategy, leads fundraising efforts (both debt and capital), leads product development, and other customer related aspects for the company. Stilt has raised $7.5M in equity and $200M in debt capital.
Prior to founding Stilt, Rohit worked in the data analytics consulting team at Argus Information and Advisory Services (now Verisk Analytics). He went on to become the founding member of data science team at Popsugar where he helped them build the analytics framework for data science efforts across the company.
Rohit has a Bachelor’s degree from Delhi College of Engineering (Industrial Engineering) and Master’s in Operations Research (conc. in Finance) from Columbia University.
